The Tonsberg Mooring Link is a specialized marine mooring connector designed to serve as the critical link between steel wire ropes and synthetic fiber tails (forerunners) in high-load mooring operations. Its compact, streamlined design allows the entire mooring assembly to pass smoothly through deck fairleads and roller banks without snagging or point-loading.
This link is widely used in single point mooring (SPM) systems, multi-buoy mooring (MBM) systems, FPSO mooring, and tugboat towing operations.
300 T can be supplied on special request.
