Stud link anchor chains are a type of heavy-duty chain commonly used for anchoring and mooring vessels. They have a central stud in each link that helps to prevent kinking, deformation, and fouling. These chains are known for their strength and are often preferred for large vessels and applications where significant loads are involved.
Fishing chains have three specifications: short link chian, middle link chain and long link chain. Different types of fishing chains have different features.
Studless Fishing Anchor Chain are 62.5% load verified at break, very durable and able to withstand extreme and harsh weather use, it is also corrosion-resistant, ideal for use in saltwater environments. There are Short Link, Mid Link and Long Link to choose from.

The Sand Anchor has is a conventional anchor with solid construction to withstand high load.It has high holding power and weight ratio and very suitable for seabed of sand and mix Soil.
The Stingray Anchor is a high-efficiency drag embedment anchor designed for aquaculture and marine mooring. With holding power exceeding 40 times its own weight, it significantly outperforms conventional anchors of similar size.
Mooring shackles are manufactured with alloy steel by following ISO9001 Quality Control System. With our years know-how on forging, heat treatment and hot dip galvanized, it is ensured the mooring shackle avoid any Hydrogen Embrittle-ment and offer a longer fatigue life of safe performance compared to EN13889 requirement and safety.
Mooring connection plates are manufactured using alloy grade material and followed by full heat treatment process. The durability ensures that the plates can withstand exposure to saltwater, reducing maintenance needs and extending the lifespan of the aquaculture setup.

A mooring ring is a forged or welded circular steel fitting mounted on docks, piers or decks to give mooring lines a secure, permanent anchor point. SMEOCEAN rings are drop-forged from Q345B alloy steel or 316L stainless, hot-dip galvanized ≥80 µm, rated 2–200 t, and certified to IACS / ABS / CCS / DNV. Magnetic-particle inspected and salt-spray tested, they deliver long-term, maintenance-free holding power for vessels, floating platforms and workboats.
Mooring plate is one critical component in the mooring system. We deliver robust and solid mooring plates which are designed to withstand the forces they are exposed to.
The HDG Rope K3 Thimble with Master Link is a heavy-duty, integrated connection assembly designed for fiber rope mooring systems. It combines a hot-dip galvanized (HDG) thimble with a permanently attached master link, providing a secure, ready-to-use connection point for aquaculture cages, mooring buoys, and marine rigging. The thimble features side ears that perfectly guide and cradle the fiber rope eye, preventing abrasion and deformation under high tension. The integrated master link eliminates the need for an additional shackle, simplifying installation and enhancing the safety of the entire mooring system.

DIN81902 Roller Fairlead is a common marine mooring and towing equipment. It is made of 4 rollers and is divided into 2 vertical rollers and 2 horizontal rollers. It is designed according to DIN81902 standard, made of high quality cast steel or cast iron, with a weight range of 30-2200KG, and can generate a towing force of 10-320KN.
DIN81902 Roller Fairlead is typically welded to the gangway or deck, and is mainly used to guide the mooring rope from the inside to the outside of the ship. The roller is made of bronze steel bearing and grease lubrication, and coated with corrosion protection, which can reduce the wear of the roller mooring rope fixed around the roller fairlead.
SMEOCEAN is a professional marine equipment supplier, we can provide a full range of roller fairleads. In addition, we can provide roller fairlead according to JISF, DIN and GB standards with CCS, ABS, DNV, RINA, LR and other certificates. We can also customize these products according to customer requirements.
Strong construction, very durable.
Smooth surface, which can effectively reduce the wear of mooring rope.
The surface is also coated with anti-rust paint, which has good anti-corrosion performance.
Long service life, not easy to damage.
